Are You Depressed or Just Plain CRAZY?

          by Bev Sheraton, Bethesda, MD

Doctors at New York University have designed you a new simple five question test that tells you if you really are clinically depressed.
The 'Depression Test' claims to be highly accurate and aids in early detection of depression for easy treatment.
Here are your questions.
Answer each one carefully and truthfully, you may be amazed by the results...

For more than two weeks

A. Do you feel sad, blue, unhappy or 'down in the dumps'?

B. Do you feel tired, having little energy, unable to concentrate?

C. Do you feel uneasy, restless or irritable?

D. Do you have trouble sleeping or eating (too little or too much)?

E. Do you feel that you are not enjoying the activities that you used to?

Now, total your score.

Researchers say that if you scored over 19 on your test you may be clinically depressed. Scores from 12-19 indicate you may suffer from early or mild depression.

If you discover that you are clinically depressed it's not the end of the world, say doctors, it's a start to a healing. “Treatment may be as simple as therapy or use of a prescription drug like Prozac or Zoloft” doctors say.

BUT - NOW you may choose a more natural route.

Certain herbal solutions have been proven very effective by Harvard Medical School, so strongly in fact, their findings were published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Currently, your most widely doctor recommended natural depression aid worldwide is Welatonin - it's available in the US without prescription. It claims to be side effect free and non-habit forming.
